And since we do not take any returns or replacements — you can always trust that you will receive a brand new, beautiful piece made especially for you.
However, we know how much care goes into every purchase. So if your jewellery arrives defected or isn’t exactly what you selected, please don’t worry—we’re here to make it right, whether through a return, replacement, or refund.

We’re happy to offer a return, replacements, or refund if:
The item you received is defective, or not what you ordered.
The jewellery is in its original condition and packaging, just as it was sent.

A few things to note :
If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or normal wear and tear, we won’t be able to process such requests and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Since personalized and custom pieces are lovingly made just for you, they’re one of a kind and return, replacements, or refund is not possible for the same.
Return Shipping & Handling
We cover the cost of return shipping, so there’s no charge to you. However, the responsibility for the valuable silver remains with you until it reaches us safely. For this reason, we kindly recommend packing the jewellery securely to prevent any damage or loss of item during transit.
Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll process your full refund within 10–15 business days.
Please understand: Returns & Replacements that don’t meet the criteria above may be declined at our discretion.
